About Us
2AM Construction Management Company is a Design-Build management studio founded by Anastasia Melnyk and Andrey Melnyk, DBIA. Built as a husband-and-wife practice, 2AM operates at the intersection of delivery and design intent, where public sector requirements, real-world constraints, and community priorities have to hold together under pressure.
Andrey brings Design-Build execution experience across the full project cycle, from preconstruction and estimating through coordination, closeout, and claims mitigation. Anastasia brings marketing and product management expertise, with a rare instinct for shaping teams and unlocking the best talent in the room. Together, they bring a clear operating rhythm to complex projects: precise structure, sharp communication, and a strong point of view on what “collaboration” must look like in practice.
Our work is community-oriented by design. We help keep local priorities on the record, carried through the process, and reflected in the built outcome. To support that standard, we follow the latest technology implementation and equip teams with the best tools, so information stays current, decisions stay traceable, and collaboration stays real.
